Key Responsibilities
Develop visually compelling and brand-consistent designs for digital and print campaigns, including brochures, advertisements, website graphics, social media content, EDMs, videos, VM and other forms of designs.
Collaborate closely with the Creative Director to deliver creative solutions that meet client objectives.
Interpret creative briefs and provide innovative design solutions promptly.
Manage multiple projects from concept to completion, ensuring quality and adherence to brand guidelines.
Adapt to a fast-paced environment while balancing creativity with commercial requirements.
Handle other tasks as assigned by management and work closely with GUAVA team members around the world
Who We Are Looking For
Diploma or higher in Art, Design, Creative Multimedia, or a related field.
Minimum 1–3 years of experience in graphic design, preferably in publishing, advertising, or digital agencies. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
Proficiency in industry-standard design software, hardware, and print specifications.
Experience in video editing and animation, with the ability to create engaging animated content for digital platforms.
Strong conceptual and creative skills with an eye for detail.
Ability to multitask, prioritize projects, and meet tight deadlines.
Good command of written and spoken English; the ability to articulate creative rationale is a plus.
