Join Our Team as a Marketing and Shipping Assistant!
Are you passionate about natural health and wellness? Do you have a knack for marketing and logistics? We’re looking for a dedicated Marketing and Shipping Assistant to join our dynamic team at Standard Enzyme Company, a leading natural health and wellness supplement company.
Duties
Assist in the development and execution of marketing campaigns
Manage social media accounts and create engaging content
Write, edit, and update content for websites, blogs, emails, and marketing materials
Receive incoming shipments, verifying contents against purchase orders and packing slips.
Prepare outgoing shipments by packaging products securely and labeling them correctly.
Maintain accurate records of inventory levels, shipment schedules, and delivery confirmations.
Conduct regular inventory audits to identify discrepancies and ensure stock accuracy.
Skills
Experience in marketing and social media management
Excellent writer and content creation
Presentation skills
Research and analysis skills
Passion for natural health and wellness
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite (or similar) for creating product labels and other marketing materials.
Strong product management skills to oversee the lifecycle of inventory items.
Research abilities to stay updated on best practices in shipping and receiving.
Knowledge of digital marketing principles relevant to e-commerce operations.
General marketing knowledge to support promotional activities related to shipped products.
Familiarity with Google tools for documentation and communication purposes.
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent written and verbal communication abilities
