Position Description:
The Associate Relations Specialist, is responsible for communicating, guiding, and educating on Associate Relations policies. This role supports our company’s purpose and values while focusing on risk mitigation. The Associate Relations Specialist acts as a confidential resource, providing analysis, conclusions, and recommendations to resolve matters efficiently and effectively, aiming to assist associates, prevent escalation and potential liabilities.
