Viamark is hiring a Graphic Designer/Marketing Assistant. The position is part time to full time. We’re looking for the candidate that can hit the ground running and still loves to learn and develop skills in a full service marketing environment.

Job description:
Support team in execution of marketing strategy
Rapidly generate a variety of assets for client campaigns and projects.
Communicating quickly and effectively via email and phone with clients, media reps, vendors, and co-workers.
Communicating with vendors as well as clients to facilitate projects
Additional tasks: Answering phones, maintaining file records, etc.
Developing content and posting designed content on social media outlets (Facebook, LinkedIn, Instagram etc)

Extremely comfortable learning new software and technology
Strong work ethic
Move effortlessly between independent and team work situations
Problem solving skills
Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
Ability to identify and set priorities to effectively perform a variety of tasks simultaneously.

Proven professionalism & time management skills.
Ability to deal professionally with all types of information, including that of a confidential nature.
Experience in Microsoft Office products and Google Suite products.
Knowledge of Canva and Adobe required
Knowledge of Mailchimp, Asana, and WordPress preferred
Job Type: Part time or Full-time
Education: Bachelor’s degree minimum
