Aroma Indian Cuisine and Bar is a well-established and highly rated restaurant brand with three strategic locations—Fountain Square, SoBro, and Carmel City Center.
We are looking for a dynamic HR Admin & Digital Marketing Professional to support our HR operations while enhancing our digital presence. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys working with people, and has a creative eye for digital content.
Key Responsibilities:HR & Administrative Responsibilities (50%)
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, screening candidates, scheduling interviews, and onboarding new hires.
Handle new hire paperwork, including employment contracts, tax forms, and compliance documentation.
Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with HR policies and labor laws.
Assist with payroll coordination, employee benefits, and performance management.
Address HR-related inquiries from employees and provide administrative support.
Digital Marketing & Content Collection (50%)
Visit all three restaurant locations (Fountain Square, SoBro, Carmel City Center) to collect photos, videos, and content for social media and marketing campaigns.
Create and schedule engaging social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) to promote menu items, events, and special promotions.
Monitor social media engagement, respond to comments/messages, and manage online reputation.
Assist in website updates, email marketing campaigns, SEO and Google My Business optimization.
Work with external vendors (graphic designers, photographers, influencers) as needed to enhance brand visibility.
Qualifications:
1-3 years of HR administration and/or digital marketing experience (restaurant industry preferred).
Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and confidentiality.
Proficiency in HR software and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience with social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, TikTok) and content creation tools (Canva, Adobe, or similar).
Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: $15.00 – $16.00 per hour
Expected hours: 20 – 40 per week
