We are searching for outgoing, bubbly, passionate health focused individuals to join our Front of House Retail and Events & Marketing Team at our Magnolia, TX location set to open early-mid January!
Both Part-Time and Full-Time Positions are available.
Part-Time Hours: 15 – 25 Per Week
Full-Time Hours: 25 – 35 Per Week
Having a background and/or a base knowledge in Nutrition / Health & Fitness is highly encouraged!
Social Media (Instagram & Facebook) Knowledge and Content Creation capabilities is a plus!

ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Provide exceptional customer service to all customers
– Assist customers in finding and selecting products
– Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently using the point-of-sale (POS) system
– Maintain a clean and organized store
– Stock and front shelves and merchandise displays
– Answer customer inquiries and provide product information
– Meet or exceed sales goals and targets
– Stay up-to-date with meal and product knowledge
*Marketing & Events*
Assists Store Management to execute monthly marketing plan. May be required to attend events such as tastings and /or lunch and learns as a marketing representative of Balanced Foods. Promotes and fosters relationships with area businesses and organizations by exemplifying the values of Balanced Foods.

SKILLS:
-Knowledge in Nutrition is a plus
-A passion and understanding of the Balanced Foods brand and its unique brand positioning.
– Strong customer service skills with the ability to build rapport with customers
– Experience using a point-of-sale (POS) system
-Basic Computer and excel skills
– Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
– Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
