As Group Marketing Manager, you will oversee the strategic development and execution of marketing initiatives for multiple brands within our organization. This role requires a blend of leadership, creativity, and analytical skills to drive brand growth, ensure cohesive messaging, and align strategies with company objectives.
You will be responsible for developing and executing the company’s marketing, digital, and communication strategies to maximize profits through sales strategies that match customer requirements by promoting products, services, and ideas.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategic marketing plans and budgets across multiple automotive brands
Lead digital marketing initiatives including SEO, website optimization, and CRM management
Manage paid advertising campaigns and lead generation with focus on ROI and conversion
Oversee brand consistency and community engagement across all channels
Drive customer retention strategies to ensure repeat business
Utilize data analytics to guide decision-making and enhance performance
Lead and develop a high-performing marketing team
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent (essential)
Chartered Marketing qualification (advantageous)
Minimum 3 years’ experience at a senior level managing multiple brands
Proven track record of driving results through digital marketing
Experience developing and implementing marketing strategies with measurable ROI
Strong skills in SEO, analytics, and paid advertising management
Excellent digital literacy including CRM, Google Analytics, and social media platforms
Experience in retail with an “always on audience” approach
