Their technology is already being utilized by Fortune 500 companies and has attracted thousands of customers since their launch in early 2024.
What You’ll Do
Drive end-to-end ownership of self-serve customer acquisition, activation, and revenue growth
Develop and execute creative growth strategies across multiple channels
Build and optimize marketing funnels with a focus on both self-serve and enterprise segments
Launch and measure growth experiments with rapid iteration
Create and manage email marketing campaigns focused on activation and retention
Collaborate with sales to refine ideal customer profiles and identify growth opportunities
Implement data-driven strategies to scale user acquisition and engagement
Ideal Candidate Background
4+ years of growth marketing experience, with significant time spent at early-stage technology startups
Proven track record of driving significant revenue growth (ideally $1M to $10M+ ARR)
Experience building marketing systems and strategies from the ground up
Strong background in both self-serve and sales-led growth motions
Deep expertise in multiple growth marketing channels and strategies
Experience marketing technical products to diverse audiences
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with AI/ML products or developer-focused solutions
Background in video marketing or viral growth loops
Track record of successful community building
Experience scaling marketing operations with small teams
Compensation & Benefits
Base Salary: $150,000 – $185,000
