Position Overview
We are seeking aninnovativeand data-driven Growth Marketer to drive our partner marketing strategy and scale our business throughimpactfulcollaborations. In this role, you will develop and execute marketing initiatives that leverage our partner ecosystem to enhance acquisition, engagement, and retention. This position combines growth marketing expertise with the ability to build and execute partner-focused campaigns that deliver measurable results.
You will be responsible for driving end-to-end growth across partners.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and implement growth strategies for partner marketing, focusing on customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth through the partner ecosystem.
Collaborate with channel, strategic, and technology partners to co-create and executeinnovativeco-marketing campaigns.
Identify and optimize opportunities to expand the reach and impact of partner-driven initiatives, including referral programs, joint events, and content collaborations.
Design and manage multi-channel campaigns across digital platforms, leveraging data to optimize performance and ROI.
Analyze customer and partner insights to identify trends, develop targeted marketing strategies, and refine messaging.
Build and maintain strong relationships with partners, aligning marketing initiatives with mutual business goals.
Work closely with product, sales, and content teams to ensure alignment across the customer journey.
Track, analyze, and report on campaign performance, using insights to drivecontinuous improvementin strategies and tactics.
Qualifications
A passion for growth marketing and project execution, coupled with demonstrated experience, is valued more than formal qualifications; a degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is a plus.
6+ years of experience in growth marketing, partner marketing, or a related role.
Proven success in designing and scaling marketing strategies through partner ecosystems.
Stronganalytical skillswith a data-driven approach to campaign planning andoptimization.
Experience managing and optimizing budgets for partner-driven initiatives.
Exceptionalcommunicationand relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence internal and external stakeholders.
Creative problem-solver with a passion for experimenting and learning from results.
