Responsibilities
Email Marketing:
Design and manage automated email campaigns for customer follow-ups and newsletters
Segment audiences and create targeted messaging strategies
Monitor email performance metrics and optimize for better engagement
Automated Outreach:
Develop and execute outbound marketing campaigns using automation tools
Create compelling message sequences for different target audiences
Maintain and clean prospect lists
Content Creation & Social Media:
Create and manage daily Reddit content strategy with high-engagement posts
Produce YouTube Shorts that align with marketing objectives
Write engaging copy that resonates with target communities
Build and maintain content calendar across platforms
Analytics & Optimization:
Track key conversion metrics across all marketing channels
Analyze funnel performance and identify optimization opportunities
Create regular reports on campaign performance
Implement A/B tests to improve conversion rates
Qualifications
2 – 5 years of experience in growth marketing at early to growth stage startups, ideally in B2B DevTools companies
Required Skills
Tech stack email automation, reddit, twitter, social platforms, content creation platforms
