Salary Range: $150,000-$250,000 base plus equity, 0.3x – 0.5x Salary
Why is this role important?
As a Growth Marketing Manager, you will manage our performance programs (paid ads, referrals, lifecycle email, etc.) and a team of marketing specialists that will grow based on program success and demand.
Whose team will you join?
Our Marketing team is responsible for brand and product-led communications; attracting customers, and generating leads for conversion through PLG or our Sales, Success, and Support motion.
Role responsibilities:
Scale our clients’ current performance programs (paid search, paid social, paid media, referrals)
Build experimentation framework, analytics, and roadmap for top of funnel CRO
Own the lifecycle marketing and marketing ops platforms
Create new performance programs, potentially around affiliates and partnerships
Candidate requirements:
5 – 10 years of experience scaling performance channels in fast-growing startups
2+ years of relevant management experience
Experience in scaling performance programs (Paid Search / Social / Media and Referrals)
Ability to own our lifecycle marketing and marketing ops platforms
Experience in building experimentation framework, analytics, and roadmap for top of funnel CRO
Experience in creating new performance programs, potentially around affiliates and partnerships
