ResponsibilitiesStrategic PlanningIdentifying target markets, developing comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business objectives, and setting KPIs to measure success.
Campaign ExecutionCreating and managing marketing campaigns across various digital channels like paid advertising (PPC), email marketing, content marketing, social media, SEO, and landing pages.
Lead GenerationDesigning and implementing lead generation initiatives to attract qualified potential customers.
Customer AcquisitionOptimizing the customer acquisition funnel to increase conversion rates and drive new user sign-ups.
Customer RetentionImplementing strategies to retain existing customers and encourage upgrades to higher subscription tiers.
Data Analysis & ReportingMonitoring campaign performance using analytics tools, extracting actionable insights, and making data-driven adjustments to marketing strategies.
A/B Testing & ExperimentationContinuously testing different marketing approaches to identify the most effective tactics for maximizing ROI.
Collaboration with Cross-Functional TeamsWorking closely with sales, engineering, and customer success teams to ensure alignment and smooth customer journey.
Requirements
3+ years of hands-on experience as a SaaS growth marketing professional
Deep understanding of SaaS business models and customer lifecycle
Experience with the AARRR Funnel / Pirate Metrics
Proficiency in digital marketing channels and tactics
Data analysis and interpretation skills
Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Experience with marketing automation tools
Excellent communication and collaboration skills
Ability to think creatively and experiment with new marketing strategies
