Description
Develop and execute a comprehensive growth marketing strategy to drive B2B2C adoption of our services, brand awareness and user acquisitions.
Lead the planning and execution of lead generation campaigns to support sales in building a robust pipeline of potential clients.
Plan and oversee on-ground activation campaigns to promote the service to employees of partner organizations.
Run our CRM marketing campaigns to engage and retain our customers.
Manage relationships with external agencies for content creation, media buying for all social media platforms.
Monitor social media trends, interactions, and analytics to improve engagement and reach.
Use analytics tools to track, measure, and report the performance of campaigns and activities.
Monitor and optimize campaigns to maximize lead quality and conversion rates.
Collaborate with internal teams, including design, sales, partner success and product to support marketing efforts.
Requirements
A minimum of 5 years of experience in growth marketing, preferably in a startup environment.
Proven track record of managing social media and digital marketing campaigns.
Strong understanding of CRM tools and marketing automation.
Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work with cross-functional teams.
Ability to analyze data and metrics to inform marketing strategies.
Proven track record of driving growth through both online and offline marketing channels.
Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make strategic decisions.
