We are the antithesis of fast fashion and serious about sustainability and conscious consumption. We are B Corp certified, have removed all hard chemicals from our supply chain and use mostly organic inputs (cottons, linens etc). Last year we donated over £20,000 to homelessness and women’s support charities.

About The RoleWe are looking for an ambitious Growth Marketer to help us grow past nine figures in annual turnover. As Growth Marketing Manager, you will be expected to take ownership of key channels & tactics to deliver results. You will work directly with the Head of Growth in a fast-paced environment, equipped with cutting-edge tools, working alongside a team and partners at the top of their game.

You will play a key role in our retention, experimentation and paid acquisition efforts during an exciting period of product scaling, team expansion and international launches. This is an incredible opportunity to contribute, learn and be challenged at a unique stage of our business.

This is the perfect role for an expert digital marketer who has a solid foundation in direct-to-consumer acquisition and retention, looking to take ownership, innovate and become the best at what they do.

We don’t believe age is necessarily a marker of ability or experience, we favour self-starters who are always looking for new ways to improve their results, the business, and themselves.

Key Responsibilities

Own Email & CRM Strategy

Design, write and execute email marketing campaigns to drive customer engagement, retention, and revenue growth

Optimise email performance through segmentation, A/B testing, and analysis of key metrics

Maintain and improve our CRM system to ensure customer data integrity

Revamp automated flows for onboarding, re-engagement, and lifecycle marketing, in collaboration with our brand, product and growth teams
