What We Look For In You
Proven track record
of managing performance marketing budgets exceeding $100M, with demonstrated success in achieving cost recovery and profitability.
10+ years of experience in performance marketing, preferably within thecrypto ,internet , orgamingindustries.
Exceptional analytical and
problem-solving skills
with the ability to quickly adapt and optimize strategies.
Demonstrated
leadership
capabilities, including managing teams and influencing cross-functional stakeholders.
Results-driven
mindset with a focus on performance metrics, scalability, and
continuous improvement
.
Nice-To-Haves Experience in cryptocurrency or blockchain marketing.
Familiarity with global advertising regulations and compliance standards.
