About the Role:

As a Brand Manager Trainee, you will gain hands-on experience in lead generation, in-person sales, and brand promotion while learning key skills to advance into management. Key Responsibilities:

Brand Representation: Serve as the face of the client’s brand, promoting products and services to potential customers through in-person interactions.
Lead Generation: Identify and qualify leads, driving customer interest and increasing market presence for our client.
Sales Support: Utilize proven sales techniques to close deals and exceed weekly and monthly performance goals.
Brand Awareness: Develop and implement strategies to increase visibility and knowledge of client offerings within the community.
Customer Engagement: Build rapport with customers to create positive experiences and lasting relationships.
Professional Development: Work closely with leadership to develop management skills, sales techniques, and brand marketing strategies.
Performance Reporting: Track progress, sales metrics, and leads generated to assess performance and achieve growth goals.

Qualifications:

Education: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred.
Experience: Previous experience in customer service, sales, marketing, or brand promotion is a plus but not required.
Skills:
