Now, we’re expanding into Turkey and looking for a growth-driven marketer to lead our efforts in the region.
What You’ll Do
As Regional Growth Marketer, you’ll be responsible for scaling Bites in Turkey, driving user acquisition, brand awareness, and influencer partnerships. You’ll work directly with Content Creators, student communities, and start-up friendly agenciesto bring Bites to a new audience and establish it as a leading study app in the region.
Responsibilities:
Localize and execute Bites marketing strategy for Turkey
Identify, onboard, and manage micro-influencers and content creators to promote Bites.
Build and engage student communities to drive organic adoption.
Launch and optimizecost effective performance marketing campaigns.
Work with local agencies or freelancers where necessary to accelerate growth.
Track performance, analyze key metrics, and iterate strategies based on insights.
What We’re Looking For
2+ years of experience in influencer marketing, social media growth, or digital marketing.
Background in SMEs or fast-growing startups, with a hands-on approach to execution.
Deep understanding of platforms algorithms, affiliate marketing and organic marketing.
Strong ability to negotiate and manage partnerships with influencers and agencies.
Fluent in Turkish and English (both spoken and written).
Bonus: Fluency in German or French is a bonus.
