We are looking for a Community Manager to develop and execute strategies to engage our audience across various platforms, including newsletters, forums, and social media. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement strategies to grow and engage the ScreenRant community, fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for community members
Monitor on-site community forums and other platforms to engage users and address their needs
Oversee the production and distribution of our portfolio of newsletters, ensuring content is engaging, accurate, and delivered on time
Collaborate with content creators and editors to source and curate content
Manage user-generated content and ensure it aligns with company guidelines and standards
Supervise on-site comment moderation teams, ensuring community guidelines are maintained
Train and support moderators, providing them with tools and resources needed to interact effectively
Address user inquires, feedback, and concerns in a timely manner
Track and analyze key metrics such as engagement rates, growth, and user behavior
Provide reports with insights and recommendations to improve community strategies
Utilize data to identify trends and opportunities for enhancing user experience
Work closely with marketing, editorial, and social teams to align community initiatives with company goals
Coordinate with IT to implement community features and improvements
Must Have’s:
Bachelor’s Degree in Communications, Marketing, Journalism, or a related field is preferred
Proven experience in community management, social media management, or a similar role
Familiarity with online forums, social media platforms, and content management systems
Excellent written and verbal communication
Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
Proficient in data analysis and reporting tools
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote setting
