What you’ll do
Work closely with Growth manager to develop onsite strategy for Noon Food
Lead a team of growth executives to deliver quarterly onsite OKRs
Ideate creative and innovative campaigns to be incorporated into campaign calendar
Ensure that the onsite calendar aligns with campaign calendar
Build, test and execute campaigns on the onsite tool, managing the end-to-end process, including data workflow and segmentation
Lead the design and messaging of all communication in coordination with design, content and marketing teams
Conduct analysis to assess impact/uplift from campaigns, producing regular reports on performance
Quality check the application and ensure there are no errors on the platform
Quality check the customer journey and ensure this is seamless for customers
What you’ll need:
Master’s degree in Business Administration or a similar field
4+ years of overall work experience with 2+ years of team management experience
2+ years of experience in a similar role preferably startup
Ability to generate ideas and solve problems independently
Comfortable in a fast-paced, multi-tasked and high energy environment
Outstanding verbal and written communication and collaboration skills
History of teamwork and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done
Aptitude for organization, flexibility and producing results
