Swiss Connect Solutions is hiring a Guest Relations Agent for a 5-star hotel in Dubai.
As a Guest Relations Agent, you are responsible for providing professional and customer-focused service to hotel guests, ensuring their stay is a memorable experience.
Package & Salary:
– Basic Salary: AED 3000 plus Service Charge (Varies) + Tips + Upselling Incentives
– Accommodation: Sharing room
– Transportation
– Medical Insurance
– Onboarding Air Ticket
– Travel Ticket: Every 24 months.
– Residence Visa
– Language Allowance
Requirements:
– Previous experience working in hotel
– Knowledge of hotel management systems (PMS) is an advantage.
– Proficiency in English (additional languages are a plus)
– Pleasant and switched-on personality
– 165 cm of height and above
