Job Description: As a Senior Marketing Specialist, you will play a critical role in managing marketing technology, project management, and analytics for our company. You will work closely with the president to support company and marketing goals, while leading a marketing team.
Responsibilities:
Direct and manage all marketing functions.
Analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of marketing methods, costs, and results.
Develop and manage marketing budgets, as well as internal operating budgets.
Plan and coordinate all communications and public relations activities.
Supervise the planning and assist in the development of marketing and communication materials for brand development.
Recruit, train, manage, and evaluate marketing team members.
Develop and maintain marketing automation in HubSpot, including drip campaigns, e-mail blasts, forms/form handlers, audience segmentation, dynamic lists, alerts and notifications, and integrations with HubSpot. Ensure all HubSpot campaigns are appropriately set up.
Collaborate regularly with the marketing staff to optimize the marketing and sales funnel process.
Manage and maintain a list of internal marketing projects, delegating tasks and ensuring completion.
Collaborate with content writers to build and manage Drift sequences.
Regularly analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns using Salesforce dashboards, and communicate issues and leading indicators to the team for necessary changes.
Manage the technology aspect of online events using platforms such as Zoom or similar.
Assist with the logistics & promotion of virtual events incl. webinars.
Research, present, and implement new marketing technologies.
Requirements:
Advanced working knowledge of HubSpot, Zapier, and LinkedIn.
Advanced marketing analytics skills and the ability to diagnose lead generation issues using HubSpot dashboard reporting.

Self-motivated, results- and details-oriented, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong problem-solving skills and a mindset for making processes more efficient and automated.
Ability to handle multiple projects/campaigns simultaneously, often under tight deadlines.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in a marketing operations or technology role for a high-performing company in a fast-paced environment.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
Superb written and verbal communication skills.
Familiarity with CAN-SPAM regulations and email deliverability.
