We are seeking a Head of Commercial who will be responsible for driving product-market fit, growing users, and generating revenue at a new health and

wellness

entrepreneurial

venture.

In your role as Head of Commercial at Kohler Ventures you will :

• Report to the CEO / MD of Kohler Ventures and manage a small, high impact team that is responsible for Digital ecommerce on owned and 3rd party channels, Subscriber growth and retention, Revenue generation and acceleration, Brand marketing and awareness, Event management, B2B2C commercial partnerships.

• Lead marketing strategy and provide the

strategic vision

for our marketing and brand efforts.

• Own all growth efforts – track, evaluate, create visibility around, and act on metrics, critical success factors and key outcomes.

• Be accountable for user, subscriber and revenue metrics.

• Lead engagement with commercial partners as well as creative and media agencies for marketing activities.

• Collaborate across the Kohler Ventures

Leadership

Team and Kohler Co. Executives to create joint strategies, execute initiatives, and create business value.

Skills / Requirements

Required :

• 7+ years of experience leading and scaling high growth ventures or new business builds, in a

leadership

role.

• Accountability for core business metrics – revenue growth, user growth, subscriber growth & retention, CAC, LTV, churn.

• Launched and scaled new products in prior startup experiences.

• Ability to activate DTC digital commerce sales, mobile app subscriptions.

• Significant experience working with best-in-class agencies, service partners and marketing professionals to build

brand awareness

and trust.

• Demonstrated

entrepreneurial spirit

and ability to adapt to changing priorities in a

fast-paced environment

.

• Availability to travel both domestically and internationally (approximately 25%).

• Availability to collaborate with teams and business partners across multiple time zones.

Preferred :

• Experience in digital consumer health /

wellness

highly preferred.

• Expertise in performance marketing.

• Expertise in establishing product market fit.

salary range
