Position: Head of Brand Marketing for a Leading D2C Company

OVERALL ROLE PROFILE

With 7+ years of experience & your primary responsibilities will include leading Insights to Strategy to Execution of all programs &

communication

campaigns on the brand to achieve business goals.

Scope of works includes conceptualizing  ATL campaigns (across TV, Radio, Print, Online Videos), BTL campaigns, Digital & Website development, Social Media management.

DETAILED RESPONSIBILITIES

– 1. Marketing ATL & BTL

communication

campaigns

Developing the brief to creative agencies across TV, Print, Digital, OOH or other mediums like in store collaterals, with sharp articulation of objectives, KPIs & timelines. Ensuring timeliness & quality of the campaigns. Leading post evals.

Managing content strategy of the brand across Social Media, Blogs & Website.

All Digital Performance Marketing Creatives

Ensuring that all the content at all touch points is implemented as per approved guidelines

Collaborate with the NPD & Category team and provide support to all new product launches and promote as required in the market.

Coordinate marketing support for conferences, trade shows, exhibitions, sales events and press interviews.

Assist in developing marketing briefs & brand strategy

Developing annual marketing calendars with the team.

Coordinating with category teams and prepare project pitch presentations to support consumer programs

2. Vendor Management

Managing ATL & BTL creative agencies.

Billing Management & Processing

MUST HAVE’S

Experience in content creation – Digital first content, social media calendar planning and influencer campaign management

Past experience in rolling out TV, Radio, Print & OOH campaigns

Expertise in creating product and marketing POS, BTL, Trade interventions

Data Analysis to develop

innovative

marketing ideas and campaigns that will resonate with customers.

Excellent communicator, both verbally and in writing, to effectively communicate with internal and external stakeholders.

SEO, SM marketing, email marketing,

Website management and Google Analytics

Martech and CLM experience will be an added advantage

PROFILE AND EXPERIENCE

MBA from Tier 1-2 college or an equivalent degree with 7+ years of experience in Consumer Durables, FMCG or Consumer tech companies
