Job Summary:

We are looking for a strategic and creativeHead of Contentto lead our content development and strategy. The ideal candidate will oversee the creation, execution, and delivery of high-quality, engaging, andresults-drivencontent across multiple platforms. This role requires a leader who can align content strategies with business goals, manage a team of content creators, and drive brand storytelling to connect with target audiences.

Key Responsibilities:

Content Strategy and Planning:

Develop and implement a comprehensive content strategy that aligns with the company’s overall goals and objectives.

Identify content opportunities by analyzing market trends, audience insights, and competitive activities.

Set clear goals and KPIs for content performance and continuously optimize strategies based on data.

TeamLeadershipand Management:

Lead, inspire, and manage a team of content creators, editors, and strategists.

Foster acollaborativeandinnovativeteam environmentthat encourages creativity andprofessional growth.

Oversee the recruitment, onboarding, and development of new team members.

Content Creation and Oversight:

Oversee the production of high-quality content, including articles, videos, blogs, social media posts, whitepapers, and other formats.

Maintain brand voice, tone, and messaging consistency across all content.

Ensure all content is optimized for SEO, user engagement, and distribution across various channels.

Collaboration andCommunication:

Work closely with marketing, design, product, and sales teams to develop integrated campaigns and content initiatives.

Act as the key point of contact for internal and external stakeholders on all content-related projects.

Build relationships with external partners, such as agencies, freelancers, and influencers, to expand content reach and effectiveness.

Analytics and Performance:

Use analytics tools to track content performance and provide actionable insights to improve future strategies.

Prepare regular reports on content performance, ROI, and audience engagement metrics.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Journalism, or a related field (Master’s degree is a plus).

Years of experience in content strategy, development, or a similar role, with a strong portfolio showcasing expertise.

Provenleadershipexperience managing a team of content professionals.

Expertise in digital marketing, SEO, and content management systems (CMS).

Strong understanding of content trends and best practices across platforms, including social media, blogs, and video.

Exceptional writing, editing, and storytelling skills.

Strategic thinker with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling content.

Strongproject managementand organizational skills withattention to detail.

Data-driven mindset with the ability to analyze performance metrics and adjust strategies accordingly.

Excellent interpersonal andcommunication skillsto collaborate effectively with internal teams and external partners.
