Job Stability in Healthcare Industry Responsibilities Act as the hospital’s primary media contact, handling inquiries and interviews.
Develop and implement media strategies to ensure accurate and favorable coverage of hospital initiatives.
Monitor media trends to identify opportunities and address potential risks.
Design and execute comprehensive
communication
plans, managing brand consistency across all
communication
channels/materials.
Create
impactful
campaigns to raise public awareness of the hospital’s services and
community involvement
.
Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government bodies, community leaders, and healthcare partners.
Organize and manage events such as press conferences, outreach programs, and annual reports.
Proactively handle crisis communications, ensuring timely and
transparent
responses.
Manage feedback on patient experience and develop strategies to enhance
patient satisfaction
.
Oversee volunteers, fundraising, and donation activities.
Requirements Possess a Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
Master’s Degree is preferred.
At least 8 years of experience in a relevant field, preferably in the healthcare industry.
Demonstrated success in managing media relations, building brands, and handling public relations.
Background in donor engagement, fundraising, and volunteer management is highly advantageous.
