Role Overview
The Head of Digital is responsible for shaping and executing the company’s digital strategy, leveraging technology to drive business transformation. This role requires strong leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and expertise in emerging technologies to enhance both customer experience and operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
Strategic Leadership & Innovation
Define and implement a digital roadmap aligned with business objectives.
Identify and integrate innovative technologies to enhance business performance.
Lead IT-driven transformation initiatives, ensuring seamless digital adoption.
Operational & Financial Management
Oversee the execution of digital initiatives, ensuring efficiency and alignment with corporate goals.
Conduct cost and risk analysis to optimize performance and resource allocation.
Manage budgets, resources, and key performance indicators to track success.
Stakeholder Engagement & Collaboration
Partner with internal teams, technology providers, and regional stakeholders to drive digital initiatives.
Lead cross-functional teams to ensure effective adoption of digital solutions.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, security protocols, and corporate policies.
Leadership & Talent Development
Build and lead a high-performing digital team, fostering a culture of innovation and continuous learning.
Mentor and upskill team members in technical and leadership capabilities.
Identify and develop future leaders within the organization.
Qualifications & Experience
Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in IT, digital transformation, or business innovation.
Proven leadership in managing teams and executing strategic initiatives.
Strong understanding of emerging technologies and their business impact.
Experience handling multiple complex projects in a fast-paced environment.
