Position Overview
We are seeking an experienced Head of Digital Marketing to lead our marketing team as a creative and project manager. This role reports directly to the founder and is responsible for executing marketing strategies to promote our client’s brands by creating and overseeing marketing campaigns.
This position requires strong leadership, problem-solving skills, and a proactive approach to life. We want all of our teammates to live a life they love. While we are huge fans of having the team in one space whenever possible, we also allow remote and asynchronous work.
Key Responsibilities
Strategy Development:
Create and implement comprehensive marketing plans aligned with business objectives, including target market identification, positioning, and messaging.
Campaign Management:
Oversee the conception, execution, and monitoring of marketing campaigns across various channels like digital, social media, print, and events.
Team Leadership:
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, including marketing coordinators, analysts, and designers, assigning tasks and providing guidance.
Brand Management:
Protect and enhance the company’s brand image through consistent messaging and communication across all channels.
Content Creation:
Oversee the development and distribution of engaging content like website copy, blog posts, social media updates, and marketing materials.
Collaboration with Sales:
Work closely with the sales team to align marketing efforts with sales objectives and generate qualified leads.
Compensation & Benefits
Compensation Range: $80,000 – $90,000 per year
