We are seeking a visionary and
hands-on
Head of Enterprise Marketing, to drive demand in our fast-growing, high-stakes market. You will lead the development and execution of strategies that elevate brand visibility, generate qualified leads, and accelerate pipeline growth in the Enterprise space. This role aligns marketing efforts with revenue goals, ensuring a unified approach across our Enterprise GTM teams.
As the Head of Enterprise Marketing, you will lead with a demand-generation focus, expanding Axon’s reach through scalable, data-driven campaigns tailored for C-suite and senior leaders in the following sectors:
Retail, Healthcare, Logistics, Critical Infrastructure, Data Centers, Rail, Casinos/Event Venues/Stadiums. Reporting to the Executive Vice President of Marketing, you’ll partner closely with sales, product, and corporate teams, driving measurable impact in this high-visibility role.

Lead Global Enterprise Demand Generation Strategy Develop and execute a comprehensive, demand generation strategy for Enterprise markets across the world, leveraging multi-channel campaigns, ABM, and content-driven engagement tactics to drive pipeline growth and conversion, with a focus on up-market accounts.
Own the end-to-end lifecycle marketing approach, nurturing leads and driving engagement from awareness to closed deals through digital, content, and event-driven initiatives.
Innovate with data-driven insights to continuously refine and optimize campaigns, targeting, and messaging, ensuring high-impact outreach and engagement.
Oversee Enterprise Marketing Initiatives Lead the Enterprise Marketing team while fostering a culture of
innovation

and excellence.
Build scalable, repeatable demand programs that maximize Axon’s visibility and credibility within the Enterprise market, reinforcing our reputation as a market leader in safety technology.
