Your Tasks:

Define and execute a market-leading strategy that strengthens Gaggenau’s premium positioning while driving sales growth and profitability.

Collaborate with key industry stakeholders, architects, interior designers, and luxury real estate developers to position Gaggenau as the preferred choice in premium home solutions.

Ensure that Gaggenau’s marketing, retail, and customer experience initiatives align with the brand’s global identity and premium positioning.

Lead large-scale acquisitions, forming long-term strategic alliances with construction firms, contractors, and real estate project owners.

Manage revenue streams, optimize profitability, and ensure sustainable growth within the commercial projects segment.

Architect and execute high-impact market strategies that solidify BSH’s leadership in project sales, driving sustained competitive advantage and market dominance.

Your Profile:

15+ years of sales and commercial experience, with 10+ years in leadership roles; luxury/premium brand experience is an asset.

Proven ability to shape and execute commercial strategies that drive revenue growth, profitability, and long-term market positioning.

A bold, results-driven leader with a passion for exceeding targets, capturing market opportunities, and delivering sustainable business impact.

A visionary team builder with a track record of developing and leading high-performing, commercially driven sales team.

A confident negotiator and strategic influencer with a decisive leadership style and the ability to manage complex stakeholder relationships.

Fluent in English, with outstanding communication skills and the ability to engage effectively at an executive level.
