About the Role

Medbill AI is looking for a Founding Marketing Lead to drive our brand strategy and accelerate our mission of empowering all Americans to take charge of their healthcare. This role will own end-to-end marketing initiatives and play a crucial part in shaping our company’s future.
This a hybrid role based in our NYC offices, 3-4 days a week.

If You Join, You Will

Launch the product to the public in Q3 2025. Set up everything—landing pages, PR campaigns, paid acquisition efforts, and whatever else it takes to establish Medbill AI as an industry leader.

Own the marketing budget. Identify, test, and scale the most effective growth channels—whether paid, organic, referral, or something unconventional.

Execute flawlessly. From concept to launch, every campaign meets Medbill’s high standards—no shortcuts.

Develop and execute a comprehensive, data-driven, multi-channel marketing strategy that drives user acquisition, engagement, and retention.

Be the voice of the product. Connect the dots between product, biz dev, and our audience—crafting clear, compelling messages that hit home.

Collaborate closely with product, operations, and business development teams to align marketing initiatives with company-wide objectives.

Measure success through clear KPIs. Think CAC, conversion rates, campaign ROI, and pipeline impact.

What You Need to Have

5+ years of marketing experience, you’ve been in the trenches, ideally at a fast-growing startup

Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that drive measurable business results

Strong analytical skills with the ability to derive actionable insights from complex data sets

Excellent communication and storytelling abilities, with experience in both B2B and B2C contexts

Strong proficiency in marketing automation tools, CRM systems, and analytics platforms

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field; MBA is a plus
