The Opportunity:
The Head of Brand Integrated Marketing is responsible for leading the development and execution of cohesive brand marketing strategies that align with the company’s overall vision. This role ensures a unified approach across all marketing channels, including partnerships, influencers, social media, PR, creative campaigns, and brand community efforts. The Head of Brand Integrated Marketing will oversee a team of managers and ensure all initiatives work together to strengthen the brand, engage consumers, and drive business growth.
What you will do at VeSync:
Develop & Execute Brand Marketing Strategy
Lead the creation and implementation of cohesive brand marketing strategies that align with the company’s vision. Ensure all marketing efforts work together to strengthen brand positioning, engage consumers, and drive business growth.
Ensure Cross-Channel Integration
Oversee and unify marketing initiatives across partnerships, influencers, social media, PR, creative campaigns, and brand community efforts to create a seamless and compelling brand presence.
DriveBrand Awareness& Consumer Engagement
Develop initiatives to increasebrand awareness, search volume, and share of voice. Enhancecustomer engagementthrough targeted storytelling, social media interactions, andinnovativecontent strategies.
Optimize Campaign Performance & ROI
Monitor and analyze campaign effectiveness, engagement, and conversion rates. Use data-driven insights to optimize marketing efforts, ensuring maximum ROI and cost-effectiveness by reviewing the overall MER (Marketing Efficiency Rate).
StrengthenCustomer Loyalty& Retention
Implement strategies to enhancecustomer loyaltyand repeat purchases. Oversee loyalty programs,customer engagementinitiatives, and satisfaction metrics to drive long-term brand affinity.
Leverage Influencer & Partnership Marketing
