Job Description
The
Investment Relations and Corporate Communications Director
will drive the company’s investor relations and communications strategies. This role will play a key role in shaping the corporate narrative and managing reputation with investors, stakeholders, and the public. Investor Relations:
Develop and execute strategies to communicate our financial performance and goals. Act as the main contact for investors, prepare reports and presentations, and manage investor meetings and conferences. Corporate Communications:
Create and implement strategies to enhance our brand. Oversee press releases, manage media relations, and handle internal communications. Lead crisis
communication
efforts.
Leadership
:
Guide and mentor a team in investor relations and communications. Collaborate with
senior leadership
to align strategies with company goals and manage the budget for these activities. The Successful Applicant Applicants for the
Investment Relations and Corporate Communications Director
role will possess the following attributes:
Education:
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Experience:
At least 12 years of experience in investor relations or corporate communications, with 5 years in a
leadership
role.
Proven track record
in managing investor relations and corporate communications for a public company.
Leadership
& People Management:
Strong
leadership
and management skills, with a focus on mentorship and development. Strategic Thinker:
Ability to think strategically with experience in crisis management and media relations.
Communication
Skills:
Excellent
communication
and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and manage
diverse
stakeholders.
