JOB PURPOSE:
lead and execute innovative marketing strategies across our food retail operations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in private label development, retailmarketing, and a deep understanding of Kuwait’s Cooperative (Co-Op) sector. This leadership role demands strategic vision, operational excellence, and a results-driven mindset to elevate our brand presence and drive sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company’s business goals in the food retail and private label sector.
Oversee end-to-end private label creation—from concept, sourcing, branding, packaging, to launch in Co-Op and independent retail outlets.
Design and lead impactful in-store and digital marketing campaigns targeting the Kuwait Co-Op system and modern trade channels.
Analyze consumer trends, customer feedback, and competitive positioning to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with Kuwait Co-Ops, suppliers, and marketing partners to drive product visibility and placement.
Lead marketing including social media, influence partnerships, SEO, and media buying to maximize ROI.
Develop and control marketing budgets, ensuring optimal allocation of resources for maximum brand impact.
Manage and mentor a high-performing marketing team, encouraging innovation and accountability.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or related field (MBA preferred).
Proven track record in private label product development and retail campaign execution.
In-depth knowledge of Kuwait’s Cooperative Society market (Co-Ops) and retail landscape.
Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset.
Fluent in Arabic and English (preferred).
Excellent communication, leadership, and negotiation skills.
10+ years of marketing experience in the food retail industry, with at least 3 years in a leadership role.
