Develop and implement overarching marketing strategies aligned with the company’s vision and objectives for each brand Conduct in-depth market analysis to identify emerging trends, target audience needs, and competitive landscape Create detailed marketing plans that address brand positioning, market penetration, and
customer retention
goals Define KPIs for all marketing activities and align them with business goals to track and measure success Present marketing strategies, plans, and results to senior stakeholders, providing clear insights and recommendations Brand Management and Development:
Establish and maintain distinct brand identities for each brand under the company portfolio Ensure consistent messaging, tone of voice, and visual branding across all platforms and materials Work closely with designers and content creators to develop brand guidelines and ensure compliance across all teams and campaigns Lead rebranding initiatives or updates as required, ensuring smooth transitions and
effective communication
Campaign Creation and Execution:
Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, email, print, and events to achieve measurable objectives Use storytelling and creative techniques to differentiate each brand and engage target audiences Collaborate with
cross-functional teams
to deliver cohesive campaigns that align with sales and operational goals Manage and negotiate with external agencies for campaign execution, from creative development to media buying Oversee the planning and management of industry events, sponsor ships, and partnerships to increase visibility and engagement Digital Marketing and Online Presence:
