Our client is a fast growing skincare brand looking to add a Head of Marketing to lead their North America business.
Responsibilities
Establish strategies for retailer partnerships
Day to day management of the marketing team including brand, influencer, and social media strategies for the brand.
Lead and inspire the team
Manage all marketing calendar activities and social campaigns
Manage strategies across sampling, eventing, press, social content, and advertising
Continuous analysis of competitive environment and consumer trends
Track and measure marketing results
Manage marketing budget
Qualifications
7+ years in marketing
Passion and experience working in the beauty industry
Team management experience
Experience working with senior leadership
