Job Overview:
Seeking ahighly skilled and experienced Marketing Managerwith6-7+ years of experiencein marketing, specializing indigital marketing, content creation, and campaign management.The role focuses on developing and executing marketing strategies to enhance visibility, engagement, and impact.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Management
Leadership & Team Development:Lead and mentor the marketing team, fostering collaboration and innovation.
Communication & Collaboration:Promote a culture of open communication across departments.
Time Management & Prioritization:Manage multiple projects efficiently.
Financial Acumen:Oversee budgeting, financial forecasting, and cost management for marketing activities.
2. Marketing Strategy Development
Develop & implement comprehensive marketing strategiesaligned with the foundation’s mission.
Conductmarket researchand set marketing goals/KPIs.
Planannual marketing campaigns, outreach initiatives, and SWOT analyses.
3. Digital Marketing
Overseewebsite management, social media, email marketing, and online ads.
DevelopSEO & SEM strategiesto improve online visibility.
Analyze digital marketing performanceand provide data-driven optimizations.
4. Content Creation & Management
Lead content creation forwebsite, blog, social media, newsletters, brochures, and reports.
Plan and manage acontent calendarfor consistent online engagement.
Createmultimedia content (videos, infographics, etc.).
5. Campaign Management
Develop, execute, and evaluatemarketing campaigns for foundation initiatives.
Monitorcampaign performance, track engagement & conversion rates,and optimize results.
6. Event Marketing
Plan and executemarketing for cultural festivals, community service projects, and fundraising events.
Manageevent promotions across multiple channels.
Securemedia coverage and handle press relations for events.
7. Partnerships & Collaborations
Identify and engage withpotential partners, sponsors, and stakeholders.
Manage sponsorship agreements and track performance.
Developjoint marketing campaigns to expand the foundation’s reach.
8. Brand Management
Ensurebrand consistencyacross all marketing materials.
Develop and maintainbrand guidelines.
Monitor and protect thefoundation’s brand reputation.
9. Analytics & Reporting
Use analytics tools totrack marketing performance, measure ROI, and conduct competitor analysis.
Preparereports and dashboardsfor senior management.
Provideactionable insights based on marketing data.
Qualifications:
Education:Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
Experience:
Minimum 6 years of marketing experience,including2+ years in a managerial role.
Preferably innon-profit or environmental sectors.
