The Head of Marketing is responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the Organization’s marketing strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal. Oversees development and implementation of support materials and services in the area of marketing, communications, promotions and media relations. Assist in the crafting of the product development strategy, drive the NPD efforts and build and execute the Go-To-Market strategies.

Responsibilities and Duties:

Strategic Planning & Brand Management:

Develop and implement a marketing strategy that strengthens brand positioning and aligns with overall business goals.

Ensure a consistent brand message across all marketing and communication channels.

Conduct competitive analysis and market research to identify trends, customer insights, and business opportunities and implement actions with commercial team

Campaign Development & Execution:

Plan and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital, traditional, and social media platforms.

Optimize marketing spend by tracking ROI and making data-driven decisions.

Develop creative storytelling and content marketing strategies to engage target audiences.

Monthly Activity Calendar approved by CEO

Digital & Performance Marketing:

Oversee SEO, SEM, social media, and paid advertising campaigns to maximize reach and conversions.

Analyze data using analytics tools to measure performance and adjust strategies accordingly.

Optimize website and digital assets to improve user experience and conversion rates.

Mange company Website/Eshop / Mobile App

Team Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration:

Lead, mentor, and develop a results-driven marketing team.

Work closely with Sales, Production, and Finance teams to ensure alignment and maximize impact.

Manage relationships with agencies, vendors, and strategic partners.

Budgeting & Performance Tracking:

Develop and manage the marketing budget effectively, ensuring cost efficiency.

Track key marketing metrics and provide reports to senior management with actionable insights.

Continuously assess and improve marketing strategies based on performance data.

Track P&L performance by channel provide reports to senior management with actionable insights.

Contribution to Company Profitability:

Ensure efficient allocation of marketing budgets across channels, maximizing ROI while minimizing waste.

Lead marketing initiatives that contribute to increasing company revenue through both direct sales and enhanced brand visibility.

Leverage marketing strategies to drive both top-line growth and bottom-line profitability through cost-effective campaigns and strategic partnerships.

Ecommerce Management

Lead the Ecommerce strategies across eRetailers, Brick & clicks, aggregators & B2C platforms, to achieve growth in Market Share, Revenue & volume, while ensuring profitability.

Lead the effective implementation of marketing activations in Ecommerce channel with a clear KPI tracking & post-campaign analysis.

Plan, manage & allocate marketing budget in Ecommerce per campaign based on exposure & best ROI.

Work closely with Sales team to ensure brand strategy is fully landed with short & mid-term strategies for Ecommerce channel.

Agency Management:

Collaborate with external marketing agencies to develop and execute high-impact campaigns.
