10 yearsexperience in UAE in marketing with a minimum of 5 years ofexperience heading the Marketing Department Ecommerce  and Digital Marketingbackground Experience in Media Planning Campaign Planning Advertising Brand Management Trade marketing andstrategy a MUST for this position.
Strongleadership and management skills with the ability to motivate andguide a team to achieve their goals.
Excellentcommunication skills with the ability to clearly convey ideas andconcepts to internal and externalstakeholders.
Experience with
marketingautomation tools and CRM software.
Stronganalytical skills with the ability to use data and metrics to makeinformed decisions.
Creative thinker with theability to develop unique and compelling marketing messages andcampaigns.
Ability to thrive in a fastpaceddeadlinedriven environment.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketingstrategy that aligns with the companys overall goals andobjectives.
Manage and mentor the marketingteam of 4 members providing guidance and support as needed toensure their success.
Oversee the creation ofall marketing materials including website content social mediaposts email campaigns and printads.
Collaborate with sales product and designteams to develop and launch new products and services ensuring theyare effectively promoted to the targetaudience.
Execute track and analyze marketingcampaigns using data and metrics to optimize performance and driverevenue growth.
Manage the marketing budgetensuring all spending is within the approved budget and deliversthe desired ROI.Stay uptodate with industrytrends and best practices incorporating new techniques andtechnologies as appropriate.
