Head Of Marketing Qualifications
7+ years in driving results and experience working with a start-up company or entrepreneurial environment (mandatory). Manufacturing and retail industry is highly preferred.
Expertise with analytics tools and using KPIs to guide decision-making (Google Analytics, Meta Ads Manager, Klaviyo, Amazon Seller Central, and more).
Proven proficiency leading A/B testing, CRO initiatives, and marketing experiments to improve efficiency and scale.
Demonstrated expertise in building and leading a high-performance marketing team with clear goals and accountability.
Documented success aligning marketing Product, Operations, and Finance for overall business success.
Deep expertise in performance marketing (Google, Meta, Amazon Ads) and retention (email, SMS, loyalty).
Strong experience with Shopify, Amazon, Klaviyo, and analytics platforms.
Confirmed brand-building expertise to create a long-term, sustainable brand presence.
