Role Overview:

The Head of Marketing and Branding will be responsible for shaping and executing the overall marketing and branding strategy, ensuring the company’s brand resonates in the real estate market. This individual will manage all marketing campaigns, media relations, digital strategy, and brand initiatives, with a focus on increasing visibility, market share, and lead generation. The role combines creativity with strategy to deliver impactful marketing that connects with our target audiences and elevates the brand.

Key Responsibilities:

Brand Strategy and Management:

Lead the development and execution of a comprehensive branding strategy that aligns with the company’s vision and values in the real estate sector.

Oversee brand messaging, ensuring consistency across all channels (digital, print, events, and public relations).

Drive brand positioning in the market, ensuring that [Company Name] is perceived as a leader in the real estate industry.

Innovate and introduce creative ideas for brand differentiation to maintain a competitive edge in the marketplace.

Oversee the creation of brand guidelines, ensuring all marketing materials are in line with the company’s brand identity.

Marketing Strategy and Execution:

Develop and implement integrated marketing campaigns to promote real estate properties, projects, and services, reaching both buyers and investors.

Work closely with the sales team to ensure alignment of marketing strategies with sales targets and customer needs.

Oversee all digital marketing efforts including SEO, SEM, social media marketing, email campaigns, and paid advertising, focusing on lead generation and customer engagement.

Create content and manage marketing collateral such as brochures, property listings, promotional videos, and website updates.

Lead market research and consumer insights initiatives to better understand customer preferences and market trends.

CRM Strategy & Management:

Lead the implementation and optimization of CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Zoho, Odoo) to streamline lead management, customer engagement, and sales processes.

Define and develop CRM strategies that improve the customer journey, drive conversions, and increase customer lifetime value.

Ensure CRM tools are fully integrated with other marketing platforms (email, social, landing pages) to create cohesive and efficient workflows.

Analyse customer behaviour data and segment audiences to develop targeted communication and personalized experiences.

Train and guide team members on CRM best practices, data hygiene, and automation.

Marketing Automation:

Develop and execute marketing automation campaigns that nurture leads through the buyer’s journey, leveraging email marketing, SMS, and other automated workflows.

Implement lead scoring systems to identify high-value prospects and drive engagement based on behaviours and interactions.

Continuously optimize automated campaigns to improve open rates, click-through rates, and conversion rates.

Integrate automation platforms with CRM systems to ensure smooth lead handoff between marketing and sales teams.

Digital & Social Media Marketing:

Manage and grow the company’s online presence through social media platforms, optimizing engagement with target audiences.
