The Head of Marketing & Brand Strategy will lead a

diverse team

of 10~12, spanning Marketing, Sales & Operations,

Visual Merchandising

, and Supply Chain teams, driving

collaboration

and execution across all facets of the brand’s presence and performance. He/She is responsible for designing, developing, and executing comprehensive sales and marketing strategies for various campaigns and product launches. As a local leader, he/she will collaborate closely with our headquarters to ensure alignment on brand consistency and performance, while delivering regular updates on business results and key initiatives.

Responsibilities:

Develop Brand Strategies:

Define and execute strategies aligned with the brand’s vision, promise, positioning, and architecture to achieve business goals.

Team Alignment and

Collaboration:

Inspire and align teams around the brand’s vision and ensure seamless execution across functions.

Sales and Financial Planning:

Analyze product launch data and trends to create sales forecasts and financial plans that support profitability.

Consumer Insights:

Leverage market and consumer insights to enhance the overall brand experience and engagement.

Market and Competitor Analysis:

Assess market trends and competitive activity to guide pricing strategies and strengthen the brand’s positioning.

Annual Planning:

Develop channel-specific strategies and set annual goals based on consumer trends and market opportunities.

Advertising and Promotions:

Plan and manage budgets for advertising and promotional activities to achieve visibility and profit targets.

Public Relations and Media Exposure:

Create plans for major product launches and maximize effective media exposure to boost

brand awareness

.

Channel

Optimization

:

Collaborate with e-commerce and multi-brand shop teams to drive synergy and optimize channel profitability.

HQ

Communication

:

Regularly communicate and report business updates to HQ to ensure strategic alignment and transparency.

Requirements:

A minimum of Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

At least 10 years of experience, including managerial roles, ideally within retail, FMCG, or the beauty sector.

Proven experience in P&L and

budget management

.

Experience in multi-channel marketing is highly desirable.

Strong expertise in performance media management, brand development, channel marketing, and e-commerce operations.

Demonstrated ability to

lead cross-functional teams

and foster

collaborative

success.

Self-motivated with a willingness to learn and strong commitment to results.

Excellent skills in prioritization,

multitasking

, and working with a sense of urgency.

Ability to thrive both independently and as part of a team in a

fast-paced environment
