Description
The Director of Marketing will be responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing campaigns that promote our enterprise capabilities in the areas of data and AI, secure cloud, and enterprise IT. This role requires a dynamic and experienced marketing leader with a proven track record in B2B marketing, particularly within current and future government clients, focusing on campaign development and execution supporting the growing market for SAIC. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to drive brand awareness, lead generation, and market positioning.
Key Responsibilities:
Strategy Development: Develop and implement comprehensive marketing strategies that align with business goals and target key enterprise capabilities in data and AI, secure cloud, and enterprise IT.
Campaign Management: Lead the creation, execution, and optimization of multi-channel marketing campaigns, including digital, content, social media, events, and PR, to drive engagement and generate leads.
Market Analysis: Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges within the enterprise IT landscape.
Content Creation: Oversee the development of compelling content that communicates the value of our products and services, including whitepapers, case studies, blog posts, webinars, and more.
Collaboration: Work closely with sales, product management, and across the Innovation Factory’s to ensure alignment and support for marketing initiatives.
Brand Management: Enhance and maintain the company’s brand reputation through consistent messaging and high-quality marketing materials.
Performance Metrics: Monitor and analyze campaign performance using key metrics and KPIs, providing regular reports and insights to senior management.
Budget Management: Oversee the marketing budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources to maximize ROI.
Qualifications
Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
Experience: Minimum of 10 years of experience in B2B marketing, with at least 5 years in a leadership role. Proven experience in marketing enterprise IT solutions, particularly in data and AI, secure cloud, and enterprise IT.
Ability to collaborate and drive high-performing results through a matrixed team
Experience using digital marketing tools
Skills:
Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Proficiency in marketing automation tools and CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
Deep understanding of digital marketing channels and best practices.
