and strategic Head of Marketing  to

join our team

and lead the marketing efforts for both brands. This is a pivotal role for a creative, data-driven professional passionate about elevating brands and driving measurable business growth.

Key ResponsibilitiesStrategic Leadership:
Develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy for Fotopia Technologies and INFAS Middle East, aligned with business objectives. Oversee branding initiatives to ensure a consistent and compelling corporate identity across all platforms. Identify market opportunities and design campaigns to capture leads, drive sales, and expand market presence. Lead and manage a multi-disciplinary marketing team, including Digital Marketing, Growth Marketing, SEO, social media, Telemarketing, and Branding agencies.

Coordinate and align efforts across part-time and outsourced teams for seamless execution. Foster a culture ofinnovation,collaboration, and accountability within the marketing function.  PerformanceOptimization:
Define and track KPIs to measure campaign performance, ROI, and overall marketing effectiveness. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to refine strategies and maintain a competitive edge. Analyze customer behavior and feedback to continuously improve campaigns and offerings.  Content & Campaign Management:
Drive the creation of high-quality content for digital, print, and social media channels. Oversee SEO strategies to optimize web traffic and improve search rankings. Ensure that advertising andcommunicationefforts resonate with target audiences.  Budgeting &Resource Allocation:
Develop and manage the marketing budget, ensuring efficient allocation of resources. Evaluate and negotiate contracts with external agencies and service providers.Innovation& Market Trends:
Stay updated on industry trends, emerging technologies, and digital marketing tools to bringinnovativeideas to the table. Explore new marketing channels and experiment with growth strategies.

Desired Candidate ProfileRequirements

Education & Experience:

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. Minimum 7+ years of experience in marketingleadership roles, preferably in IT services, software, or cloud solutions sectors. Strong understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, and brand positioning.Proven track recordin managing and growing multiple brands simultaneously. Expertise in digital marketing tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Hub Spot, SEMrush), CRM platforms, and social media management.
