We’re looking for a dynamic and strategic marketing leader to spearhead brand growth and revenue initiatives for a prestigious hospitality group. This role is responsible for crafting and executing innovative marketing campaigns that elevate guest experiences and drive sales across diverse venues, including restaurants, bars, private event spaces, and exclusive membership clubs. Collaborating with ownership, operations, sales teams, and creative partners, the ideal candidate will develop and implement marketing strategies that enhance visibility, boost engagement, and maximize business impact.
Director Of Marketing Responsibilities
Drive marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, and advertising channels.
Collaborate with teams to develop and promote menus, events, and activations.
Manage brand content, creative assets, and social media engagement.
Track performance, adjust strategies, and support on-site marketing efforts.
Director Of Marketing Qualifications And Benefits
5+ years of restaurant marketing experience with a bachelor’s degree.
Skilled in project management, cross-team collaboration, and leadership.
Expertise in digital marketing, social media strategy, and content creation.
Proficiency in design tools like InDesign and a passion for hospitality.
