Mythic employees are expected to work from 9:00am-5:30pm, but may also require evenings and weekends as client needs dictate. Must be authorized to work in the US without corporate assistance. Must be located in the US.

Job Summary:

Mythic is seeking an experienced Head of Media to join our

leadership

team and to build out a best-in-class full funnel performance media practice. Mythic’s media practice will look to bridge the gap between brand strategy and exceptional media execution to deliver growth for our clients. You will drive the development of our staffing, positioning, and media capabilities roadmap while owning the business unit P&L.

In this role, you will lead media strategy, planning, and execution across a

diverse

portfolio of clients with final accountability for both media performance and client retention. Fluency in common media platforms across search, social, and programmatic along with measurement planning and media mix modeling are a must for the role. You’ll be responsible for ensuring alignment with client priorities and collaborating with Mythic’s creative, strategy, and account teams to deliver integrated campaigns.

Duties / Responsibilities:

• Establish the roadmap for building a full-funnel Performance Media department with capabilities in Planning, OOH, CTV, Audio, Programmatic, Social and Search.

• Recruit, hire, and oversee the development of media talent (strategists, activation specialists, and analysts).

• Drive new business media strategy and participate in pitching.

• Accelerate thought

leadership

and set the gold standard for full-funnel media strategies at Mythic – define the Mythic Way.

• Deliver media strategy and tactical plans that align with client goals and brand objectives, while integrating with creative, strategy, and account teams.
