Job Overview:
We’re looking for adynamicandentrepreneurialHead of Performance Marketing to build and scale our new performance marketing practice. This is aunique opportunityto shape Bevy’s offering from the ground up, delivering top-tier marketing services for Shopify brands and creating a team to support long-term growth. The ideal candidate is both strategic andhands-on, with expertise in paid ads, CRO, email marketing, SEO, and sales.
Experience in pitching and selling services to clients will be key as we build a portfolio of performance marketing clients.
What You’ll Do:
1. Build and Scale the Performance Marketing Practice:
Define the vision and strategy for Bevy’s performance marketing services.
Develop processes, tools, and templates to deliver services efficiently and effectively.
Collaborate withleadershipto set growth and revenue goals for this new division.
2. Lead Client Campaign Strategy and Execution:
Develop tailored performance marketing strategies for Shopify clients focused on customer acquisition, retention, and revenue growth.
Create and manage paid ad campaigns across platforms such as Google Ads, Meta (Facebook/Instagram), Tik Tok, and Linked In.
Lead email marketing efforts, including automation, segmentation, and performance tracking.
Deliver CRO audits and recommendations to optimize Shopify stores and marketing funnels.
Implement and manage SEO strategies, including keyword research, on-pageoptimization, and technical SEO improvements, to boost organic search performance for Shopify brands.
3. Sales and Business Development:
Pitch and sell performance marketing services to prospective clients, showcasing the value Bevy can bring to their business.
Collaborate with the sales team to identify new opportunities and close deals.
Develop case studies and success stories to attract new clients and grow the portfolio.
Build relationships with Shopify clients to expand their engagement with Bevy’s marketing services.
4. Analytics, Reporting, andOptimization:
Use tools like Google Analytics, Facebook Ads Manager, and Shopify’s native reporting to track campaign performance.
Present performance reports to clients, showcasing actionable insights and data-driven recommendations.
Leverage SEO analytics tools (e.g., Google Search Console, SEMrush, Ahrefs) to monitor and improve organic performance metrics.
Continuously optimize campaigns for improved ROI and conversion rates.
5. Build and Lead a Team:
Recruit, train, and mentor a high-performing team of ad specialists, email marketers, designers, SEO Experts, and CRO professionals.
Oversee team execution to ensure consistent delivery of exceptional client results.
