About the Role

We’re seeking a visionary and business-minded Head of Planning & Strategy to lead strategic thinking across brands, categories, and campaigns. This role sits at the heart of the agency’s creative and business functions, bridging data, culture, and consumer insight to build brand narratives that move people and markets.

You’ll be responsible for leading a team of strategists and planners, guiding them in crafting breakthrough strategies for integrated campaigns, new brand positioning, product launches, and everything in between.

Key Responsibilities-

Strategic Leadership & Vision

Define the long-term vision for the Planning & Strategy team, including frameworks, processes, and planning tools.

Lead the strategic development of brand positioning, campaign planning, content strategy, and GTM (Go-To-Market) initiatives.

Develop actionable strategies grounded in consumer insight, cultural relevance, and business needs.

Client Strategy

Partner with senior clients to identify business challenges and shape the strategic direction of their brands.

Lead briefing sessions, brand workshops, and business planning meetings.

Build trust and confidence with clients through sharp thinking, compelling storytelling, and market understanding.

Take an active role in client pitches, from developing strategic narratives to presenting ideas.

Guide the team in pitch preparation and oversee all pitch decks and presentations, ensuring strategic alignment and creative relevance.

Insight & Research

Oversee and commission primary research (qualitative & quantitative) as needed.

Utilize consumer trends, market data, digital analytics, and cultural insights to fuel strategy.

Translate data and trends into powerful, clear narratives that inform creative development.

Team & Talent Management

Lead, mentor, and inspire a team of planners and junior strategists.

Build a culture of curiosity, strategic sharpness, and collaborative excellence.

Foster continuous learning through internal knowledge-sharing, case studies, workshops, and external thought leadership

Creative Collaboration

Collaborate with creative teams, media, and digital specialists to ensure consistency across the communication ecosystem.

Ensure all strategic thinking is integrated across platforms and touchpoints (ATL, digital, content, influencer, etc.).

What We’re Looking For

8+ of experience in brand strategy, planning, or integrated marketing—preferably within a top-tier creative or brand agency.

Strong conceptual and analytical thinking, paired with exceptional storytelling and presentation skills.

Deep understanding of cultural insight, behavioral trends, and digital-first brand building.

Experience crafting positioning and strategy for both legacy and challenger brands.

Ability to lead multi-disciplinary teams and collaborate across creative, business, and data functions.

Confidence in handling C-level conversations and navigating complex client challenges.

Passion for brand building, creativity, and pushing boundaries.
