The Head of Public Relations (PR) is responsible for overseeing and executing the company’s

Develop and execute PR strategies that promote the company’s brand, services, and initiatives. Lead media relations efforts, including cultivating relationships with journalists, preparing press releases, and securing media coverage. Manage the company’s public image by monitoring media outlets and addressing any negative press or misinformation. Oversee all public-facing
communication
, including press conferences, interviews, social media statements, and public events. Collaborate with marketing, sales, and executive teams to ensure consistent messaging across all external communications.
Organize and oversee public events, sponsorships, and community outreach programs to enhance the company’s visibility and reputation. Monitor and analyze public opinion and media coverage to adjust PR strategies as needed. Manage the PR budget, ensuring that resources are allocated effectively to maximize impact. Lead a team of PR professionals, providing guidance, mentorship, and performance evaluations.
Desired Candidate Profile
Proven experience in media relations, crisis
communication
, and managing large scale PR campaigns. Excellent
communication
and writing skills, with the ability to craft compelling press releases, speeches, and public statements. Familiarity with digital PR strategies, including social media, content marketing, and influencer partnerships. Experience working with PR analytics tools to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and adjust strategies accordingly.
