Job Descriptions:
Control operational costs to remain within budget while optimizing expenses.
Create work plans and revenue targets for rental income and recurring revenue streams.
Develop business concepts and initiatives to increase the number of potential tenants and residents.
Monitor services provided to ensure resident satisfaction and maintain tenant retention.
Maintain apartment building quality and improve facilities to meet property management standards.
Maintain a positive relationship with the local community and government authorities at the project location.
Manage tenant and owner association relations to ensure smooth communication and issue resolution.
Oversee General Services activities for the apartment building, ensuring they align with schedules and budgets, including non-technical goods and services.
Maintain critical documents on a daily basis following established standards and regulatory requirements.
Monitor compliance with all local regulations, ensuring full implementation at the project level.
Appoint a person-in-charge (PIC) for each compliance requirement to ensure timely renewal and adherence.
Oversee and implement people development initiatives, ensuring that employees’ competencies and capabilities are continuously improved and aligned with company targets.
Job Qualifications:
Minimum Bachelor’s Degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical Engineering, Architecture, Business, or Management major.
Minimum of 10 years of work experience in a customer-facing position, with at least 3 years in a similar property management role.
Advanced building maintenance skills and knowledge.
Strong leadership and managerial skills, with experience in overseeing apartment operations and staff.
Willing to be placed in Jakarta area.
