About the Role
We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Head of Retail to lead and elevate our retail operations. This role is responsible for overseeing the performance, growth, and overall brand presence across all store locations. The ideal candidate is a passionate leader with strong experience in luxury retail, customer experience, and team development.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage all retail operations across locations, ensuring alignment with the brand’s vision and standards.
Drive sales performance, profitability, and customer satisfaction across retail channels.
Develop and execute strategies to increase foot traffic, improve conversion rates, and grow customer loyalty.
Oversee store layouts, visual merchandising, and in-store brand experience to reflect luxury standards.
Recruit, train, and mentor retail store managers and teams to achieve operational excellence.
Monitor inventory levels, product launches, and promotions, ensuring effective execution across stores.
Collaborate with marketing, merchandising, and product teams to implement retail initiatives.
Prepare and analyze retail KPIs, providing regular performance reports and strategic insights to leadership.
Ensure full compliance with company policies, health & safety standards, and local regulations.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Minimum of 8 years of experience in retail management, with at least 3 years in a leadership role within luxury or lifestyle retail.
Strong understanding of customer service excellence and luxury clienteling.
Proven ability to lead teams, drive performance, and manage multiple store operations.
Exceptional communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
Analytical mindset with a track record of using data to make informed decisions.
Willingness to be based in Makati City and travel to store locations as needed.
